After a bad experience, i feel that i must share it in my blog!!!
Haha.. ok la.. not a bad experience la... it is actually my fault.. nv check properly.. ok.. here is what happened.. My starhub modem suddenly dies off after serving the CHUA family faithfully for 4 years.. Therefore, i went to brought a modem from harvey norman for $99.00, but only to find that it is not compatible with what i have in my house..
No choice, i bought the modem back to harvey norman to ask for an exchange or refund.. I was told by the cashier that i was not allowed to refund because the modem i brought was not faulty. She gave me an option to choose another item. Ok.. so i went to the modem section and tried to search for something suitable. But i found out that all the modem seems to be different from my existing one.
Noticing that something is amiss.. I called up starhub 1633, only to found out that we can purchase the modem from starhub only.. WTH.. Bopian.. then i called bro to ask him to go and buy from starhub shop and told him that i will buy a vacumn cleaner as a exchange for the modem i brought. He asked me to buy a new washing machine as the one in our house had already broke down for quite sometime. In the end.. i buy a samsung washing machine for $329.. DUH..
